Raising The Temperatures – 2007 VW Jetta GLI Fahrenheit
Germany has invented and improved many of the things we use today. One of the best so far is the 2007 Volkswagen Jetta GLI. Everyone knows that German cars are high quality, reliable, and down right gorgeous. So what makes the GLI stand out from the rest? Well, great gas mileage for one thing and the performance on this vehicle is to die for. Not to mention it handles like it’s on rails. This car is so hot no wonder they call it the Fahrenheit edition.
This limited edition Jetta is extremely rare and will say so on the steering wheel of the car on a little plate. For an example it reads “12 of 1200″. Which means you have the 12th GLI made out of only 1200. To think you would have something only 1,199 others could say they had.
Not only do you get great performance but this limited edition Jetta is slightly over fourteen feet in length, and right around five feet in width. Plus, the interior storage space measures about sixteen cubic feet giving you plenty of space for yourself, your passengers, and anything else you might want to take with you. You also get an “outstanding color scheme.” The all yellow exterior and black interior is a definite head turner, and just to add a little contrast the interior has stitching on the steering wheel, gear shifter, and dash board just to finish off that amazing look.
Do you have trouble getting comfortable in the drivers seat? Well, not in the GLI. The seats adjust up and down and forward and back. Plus, the steering wheel can be moved up and down and it also telescoped in and out.
Now lets talk about the speed the magnificent GLI Fahrenheit can put out. This fast and furious ride has a whopping 200 Horsepower turbo engine that can be driven in a six-speed manual or six-speed automatic with auto stick. Just to make sure while your speeding down the highway that you are in absolute comfort the GLI has heated sports seats, and lumbar adjustment.
The 07 GLI is also super gas efficient. It rocks anywhere between 23 and 25 miles per gallon in the city. Then it gets up to 32 highway miles per gallon. To finish off it comes stock with’” wheels and a sunroof.
Brilliant German engineering has virtually eliminated the chance of the GLI pulling to one side during hard acceleration. They have include a traction control system to keep you safe on those not so sunny days.
The GLI Fahrenheit is everything that you would want out of a German car. It can be said that there is nothing like it on the market.
